You may return your order within 30 days of purchase, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with NEwhere products. If items are missing or are in poor condition the retail cost of these items will be deducted from your refund. Just complete the Product Return Authorization (PRA) form, which can be found (here) or on the back of the packing slip of your order. Place this form along with your original items in a padded envelope and mail to us. Allow up to 2 weeks for processing.

For U.S customers with U.S shipping addresses delivery is provided by USPS or Fed Ex. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive and email confirmation with your tracking information. New orders are typically packed within 2 business days of ordering. You may receive your order on the day specified during check out, based upon the shipping options you selected. These time frames are a guide as we offer no guarantee unless otherwise stipulated in your shipping option.
Note: Free shipping is offered for purchases delivered by USPS. If you select this option we cannot guarantee your delivery or accept any liability for lost orders. In the case this occurs we recommend that you address this with your local post office. If you are concerned about this happening to you we suggest you ship via FedEx. Order Status

If you have an NEwhere account you can check your order status anytime by clicking on "My Account" on the home page. From there you will be able to view all information regarding your order status. For all customers, you will receive 2 emails. The first email will be sent upon placing your order with NEwhere. The second email will be sent once your order has been packed and shipped. This email will contain your tracking number. You can track your order via USPS or FedEx depending upon the shipping option you selected.

If there are any defects in material or workmanship of our product from one year from the original date of purchase we will gladly send you a new product. Q: How does NEwhere work?
A: When you inhale, an atomizer is activated which heats the flavored liquid inside the cartridge and produces vapor which simulates the look and feel of smoke. Use exactly as you would a normal cigarette.

Q: Is shipping free for everyone?
A: NEwhere provides free shipping with delivery by UPS Mail and USPS to all customers. We cannot offer any guarantee of delivery or accept liability for lost orders if free shipping via USPS is selected. Should you have any delivery issues contact your local United States Post Office. If your purchase totals over $100, we will also offer free FedEx Ground shipping options and guarantee your delivery.

Q: What shipping options are available?
A: Free shipping is provided by the United States Postal Service (5-10 Business days). We also offer guaranteed shipping options provided by FedEx: Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, 2 Day, Express Saver and Ground. FedEx is the only option that guarantees delivery. Shipping costs and options will be confirmed at purchase either via internet website or over the phone. Q: How do I know my order has been shipped?
